Technology entrepreneur, executive, investor, and board member, Carey has started, grown and/or led nine B2B and consumer technology companies during startup and growth phases. He's held senior-level roles for companies that have collectively raised over $250M in venture capital and achieved $1B+ in enterprise value.

With a deep background in scaling startups, technology, and financial services, Kyle is the founder of SoCal based SaaS/fintech company, Cloudvirga. At 25, he built one of the largest direct-to-consumer lending companies where he managed 500+ people and $7 billion in loan volume/year across 50 states.

Erika is Chief of Staff and comes from a broad tech background. With experience in recruiting, supply chain operations, marketing, and sales, she brings a fresh perspective to the Operate team. After attending UCLA, she helped optimize the New Product global supply chain at Palo Alto Networks during the biggest supply crisis of the last 20 years. Erika then moved to a health services startup to help build the sales organization to tackle several different verticals. There she specialized in Enterprise Relationship Management, while also focusing on training and development of her growing team. Erika is especially passionate about Go To Market strategy and Business Development.
